Role: Revenue Project Coordinator

Location: Manchester

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm

Package: £40k OTE

 

PHMG are recruiting a Revenue Project Coordinator to support the effective delivery of key projects that contribute directly to revenue growth across our global operations. This role combines detailed project coordination with cross-functional stakeholder management to ensure timely and efficient execution of revenue-driving initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, specifically revenue-generating projects, with a proven track record collaborating with cross-functional departments, while be able to work at pace and to tight deadlines.

 

Strategic objectives and responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in organising and coordinating the delivery of revenue-generating projects (e.g. product launches, pricing initiatives, upselling campaigns).
  • Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule, to budget and within scope.
  • Work with multiple departments to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed on changes, goals, milestones, and final outcomes.

 

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to each revenue-focused project.
  • Support post-project reviews by capturing outcomes and measuring against success criteria.

 

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Create and maintain documentation on project plans, outcomes and learnings.
  • Prepare regular updates, summaries, and performance reporting for internal teams and leadership.

 

 

 

Required Experience and key skills:

  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinking and comfort with data tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, reporting dashboards).
  • Communication and stakeholder management.
  • A commercially aware mindset with an understanding of sales/revenue funnels and business operations.
