Revenue Project Coordinator

Full-time, £40,000 OTEManchester

Role: Revenue Project Coordinator

Location: Manchester

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm

Package: £40k OTE

 

PHMG are recruiting a Revenue Project Coordinator to support the effective delivery of key projects that contribute directly to revenue growth across our global operations. This role combines detailed project coordination with cross-functional stakeholder management to ensure timely and efficient execution of revenue-driving initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, specifically revenue-generating projects, with a proven track record collaborating with cross-functional departments, while be able to work at pace and to tight deadlines.

 

Strategic objectives and responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Support Revenue Initiatives: Assist in organising and coordinating the delivery of revenue-generating projects aligned to business strategy, including product launches, efficiency improvements and data-led initiatives.
  • Maintain Project Discipline: Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure all projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to keep goals, milestones and changes clearly communicated and understood.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to each revenue project, ensuring visibility of progress against objectives.
  • Post-Project Reviews: Support evaluation by capturing outcomes, lessons learned, and measuring against agreed success criteria.
  • Identify Improvements: Identify opportunities to refine project delivery and increase the commercial impact of future initiatives.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Project Documentation: Create and maintain clear, accessible records of project plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Regular Updates: Prepare summaries and performance reports for internal teams and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Capture insights and learnings that inform best practice in future revenue project delivery.

Required Experience and key skills:

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of business strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence using data tools such as Excel, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of sales and revenue funnels and broader business operations.
